All orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. STOMYAis not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You have up to 48 hours from the time your order is placed to request a modification or cancellation. To do so, please contact us immediately at [support@stomya-ca.com] with your order number.
Please note that cancellations and modifications are handled manually. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request within the 48-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes will be applied before your order is processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. Damaged or Defective Items

- A clear description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Failure to report damaged items promptly may affect our ability to resolve your concern. We reserve the right to assess each situation individually and determine the appropriate resolution.
